A big shout out to all who work diligently every year to put forth one of our largest Festas in California, bringing thousands to the small beach community of Pismo. as a community outreach program the Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute (PBBI) from Fresno State, publishes the program as well as the pictures of the senior and junior queens and their attendants.
