During 2023, the website of Rádio Ilhéu, headquartered in Vila do Topo, on the island of São Jorge, had two million, two hundred and twelve thousand, six hundred and seventeen page reads/views (2,212,617) between January 1 and December 31, 2023. August was when the radio station had the most hits this past year.

According to the available data, the Top-10 countries that consulted the website in 2023 were Germany, the United States of America, Portugal, Norway, Bulgaria, Canada, Russia, Ireland, Great Britain, and India.

In the Top-3 most viewed pages/categories, the ‘Latest’ page is in first place, followed by the ‘Diaspora’ page and, in 3rd place, the ‘Agenda’. Google was the most used search engine to reach the web address, with around twenty-eight thousand (28,000) searches. Windows was the most used operating system, with around seven hundred thousand (700,000) pages read/viewed.

As we reflect upon 2023, the management and team of Rádio Ilhéu would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who collaborate with this radio station daily, the readers/listeners, clients, followers, public or private entities, associations, partners, collaborators, and the general public, for all their support and contribution in this process of growth of a local communication project and who, from year to year, make Rádio Ilhéu a project of reference and value on the island of São Jorge and in the world.
