The Carlos Vieira Foundation’s 5th Annual San Joaquin Valley Portuguese Festival, presented by Mypfsa Modesto, is an annual event to raise money for autism. The celebration is FREE to attend and showcases the Portuguese culture through live performances, dancing, singing, a cultural exhibit, bullfights, a parade, wine and cheese tasting, food, crafts, and more!
