Monday’s bullfight as part of the Praia Festivities, with riders Manuel Telles Bastos, Miguel Moura, and João Pamplona, was the highlight of the program.
Bulls by Rego Botelho, José Albino Fernandes, and João Gaspar were ridden and the amateur forcados from Montemor and the Tertúlia Tauromáquica Terceirense provided the bullfights.
The festivities, as the municipality has already stressed, are where “flavors and traditions meet and elevate Prairie culture with quality and excellence”.
These flavors can be found at the Atlantic Gastronomy Fair and some of the traditions can be found on the stages and at the Craft Fair.

Those who attended the festivities on Monday saw a parade of classic cars, which made its way from Largo da Luz to Avenida Álvaro Martins Homem.
Tommy G was on stage in the Green Zone, while Van Zee and DJs Rushrap and Miranda performed in the Dreamzone. Art’Fado entertained on the Marina Stage.
Today, the names for the Dreamzone are Ti-notas and the djsBreyth and BrothersOnDish.
