The hotels on the islands of Flores and Graciosa were sold yesterday morning in a public auction at the Regional Finance Secretariat in Ponta Delgada – reports Antena 1 Açores.
The hotel units were in the possession of the Regional Government through the contracting entity Ilhas de Valor.
Tecnovia acquired the Graciosa Resort Hotel for 1.3 million euros, which includes the main hotel building and 528,000 euros for the adjacent villas.
José Rogério Medina, the current manager of Hotel Serviflor, bought Hotel INATEL Flores for 1.3 million euros.
