As part of the Maintenance Plan for Buildings and Public Spaces of the Municipality of Lajes das Flores, the Town Hall has carried out the second phase of the maintenance work planned for the Lavrador Museum (FARMER’S) in Lajes. The first phase saw the construction of the building’s sanitary facilities, which are already in operation.
The intervention aimed to improve the building’s appearance and functionality and consisted of repairing the roof, washing the walls, patching cracks, and painting the exterior. Maintenance work on the doors and windows, interior painting, and reconstruction of the corn yard have also been carried out at the Farmer’s Museum.
