More than six dozen companies are participating in Expo Praia 2025, which runs from tomorrow to Sunday in a 2,500-square-meter covered commercial exhibition space in the Paúl area of Praia da Vitória. The event is organized by the Angra do Heroísmo Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the municipality of Praia da Vitória.
According to the organizers, companies from various sectors of regional economic activity are participating in the exhibition, from commerce and industry to construction, automobiles, and handicrafts. Two restaurants will also be present.
Expo Praia 2025 opens tomorrow at 17:30 and closes at midnight on the first day. It will be open on Saturday from 12:00 to 24:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00.
Tomorrow, there will be a workshop on artificial intelligence with Mário Lima at 19.30. At 9 p.m., the Brava Charanga entertains, and at 10 p.m., the band UZOHMS takes to the fair stage.
On Saturday, at 3.30pm there’s a patchwork workshop with Arlinda Lopes and at 5.30pm there’s an Easter table decoration workshop with Amélia Pereira. At 8 p.m., the AzorBrass Charanga performs around the grounds, and at 9.30 p.m., António Ivo’s Dança de Pandeiro and Bailinho de Santa Cruz perform.
On Sunday, at 3.30pm, a desserts & chocolate show is cooking with WorldSkills Portugal winner and former Praia da Vitória Professional School student, Guilherme Vasconcelos. This is followed by a product photography workshop with Andreia Luís at 17:00. The itinerant musical entertainment starts at 6.30pm with Bandilândia.
There is also children’s entertainment on all three days with “O Gu e a Tita,” which includes various activities, games, inflatables, and face painting.
