According to the approved list of identified coastal bathing waters and the duration of the bathing season of the respective bathing areas, for the year 2025, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, with the provision of assistance in places intended for bathers, the first bathing areas to open on June 1 on S. Miguel are: Milícias, Pópulo, Poças Sul dos Mosteiros, and Poças Sul dos Mosteiros.
