The Angra do Heroísmo Business Center is a strategic infrastructure for the economic development of the municipality, according to the PS candidate for mayor. Fátima Amorim visited the future premises of the Angra do Heroísmo Business Center, accompanied by a delegation from the Chamber of Commerce.

The Business Center will be managed by the Angra do Heroísmo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under an agreement already signed, “ensuring a direct and effective link to the local business community.”

“During the visit, the campaign team, together with the Chamber of Commerce’s management, outlined strategies and objectives for the development of the project. The architectural design, the facilities of the future center, the programs and actions to be implemented, as well as the relationship between the Municipality of Angra, the business association, and the companies that will set up in this new space were discussed,” according to a note sent to DI.

According to Fátima Amorim’s application, the Business Center will complement the work carried out by StartUp Angra—a local business incubator in the municipality—and TERINOV—the Science and Technology Park on Terceira Island. “This project was initiated by the current municipal executive, through the preparation of the architectural design and the signing of the protocol with the Angra do Heroísmo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which Fátima Amorim now proposes to complete as Mayor,” according to the note sent to our newspaper.

“The Angra do Heroísmo Business Center will be a driving force for Angra’s growth and progress,” the Press Release states.
