The public bid for proposals to renovate 14 homes in the Region’s housing stock on Terceira Island is currently underway, according to the Regional Secretariat for Youth, Housing, and Employment.
With a base price of €870,000 plus VAT and a completion deadline of 240 days, this project is financed by the Region’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
Applications must be submitted by November 3 of this year, via the electronic platform http://www.acingov.pt.
Of the 14 homes to be renovated, eight are located in the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo and six in the city of Praia da Vitória, on Terceira Island.
The work to be carried out to refurbish these houses includes masonry, plastering and stonework, stucco, painting and other coatings, plumbing and piping, electrical installations, waterproofing and insulation, formwork, and drainage and slope treatment.
Under the PRR, renovation work is underway on 217 homes in the region, and public tenders are being held for the renovation of 60 homes.
